Dr. Maria Church, CEO
Dr. Maria Church has collaborated with leaders around the world helping strengthen their strategic leadership skills. She led the sales and marketing division for Castle & Cooke, a Fortune 500 land developer and home builder. Her experience in leading and facilitating teams also includes government, academia, and non-profits over the last 25 years.
Maria is the author of Love-Based Leadership: Transform Your Life with Meaning and Abundance and upcoming books A Course in Excellence: 21 Spiritual Lessons on Leadership, Love, and Life; A Course in Leadership: 21 Spiritual Lessons on Work, Love, and Life, and she is a co-author of the best-selling book Answering the Call.
Maria holds a doctorate of management degree in organizational leadership. She is an instructor and facilitator for advanced degree programs at three universities. She has been featured on radio shows, television interviews, and in magazine articles. Maria writes a weekly newspaper column on leadership and hosts the online leadership series Dr. Maria TV.
